Use Idaho BCI for the state history product
Idaho State Police BCI maintains the state repository built from reported fingerprint arrest records. Its guidance links the background-check process and distinguishes name and fingerprint searches. A court document remains the separate source when you need the wording of a judgment or the disposition of one charge.

Two results that require careful interpretation
Dismissal still appears
BCI says a dismissed charge remains with the dismissal noted unless expungement has been approved. Read the outcome alongside the arrest; the arrest line alone is not a conviction.
The event belongs to someone else
BCI directs challenges to a fingerprint-based check, processed without charge for that purpose. After reviewing the record, provide supplemental court or arresting-agency information supporting the correction.

Get the receiving agency’s product and submission instructions before paying for a different name-based or personal product.

Identify the Idaho court, case number and document sought. The repository summary does not reproduce the complete court file.
